IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. PRODUCTION TIME FOR ITEMS

At Lua de Cristal, all items are handmade with utmost care and attention, and undergo a special process of cleaning and energization before shipping. Therefore, the production time is 8 to 12 business days. However, we always do our best to ship before the deadline.

2. ORDER SHIPPING TIME

After the production period, shipping will be carried out via registered CTT, and the delivery time is 2 to 3 business days for Mainland Portugal. For the islands, this period may be slightly longer, depending on the location and CTT logistics, which are beyond our control.

2. ORDER TRACKING

After your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking code from the carrier responsible for transporting and delivering your order.

This email is sent to the same address registered at the time of purchase, automatically after the order is picked up by the carrier from our facilities.

This email is sent with the subject: "Shipment #xxxx is on its way"

Attention: If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check:

- If your email was registered correctly at the time of purchase;

- If you received the activation email for your post-purchase registration;

-Check your SPAM folder.

IMPORTANT NOTE

After shipping is processed, the tracking code may take up to 48 business hours to appear in the CTT system. This is a normal platform update time.

Important: We remind you that the informed arrival time is calculated in business days, meaning weekends and holidays are not included.

Example: If your order is collected on the 5th, which is a Thursday, and your deadline is up to 12 business days, then the estimated delivery date is the 23rd (Monday).
